Marginalia 2026: education, inclusion and new possibilities

Connecting schools and the local community
On 22 May, Xera took part in Marginalia, organised by Liceo Scientifico Corradino D’Ascanio in Montesilvano. The 2026 edition invited the school community to explore the relationship between people, technology and artificial intelligence, bringing different experiences and generations into dialogue.
From education to employment
During the event, Xera presented a pathway that began with an Individualised Education Plan for a neurodivergent student. Listening to his needs and designing personalised support helped him grow and eventually join the company's staff.
Relationships create opportunities
This experience shows the value of cooperation between schools and businesses: recognising individual abilities and aspirations can open up career prospects. Inclusion takes shape through a shared commitment that enables everyone to contribute to community life.
